Background

Purva Northern Lights, a futuristic housing complex in KIADB Aerospace Park, Hardware Park, North Bangalore, was built by the Puravankara Group. The building is a tall skyscraper with 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments dispersed over a substantial plot of ground. Complete construction will start as soon as the RERA approval is obtained. After launch, the project is expected to be finished in roughly 4 years. The anticipated date of delivery is December 31, 2029. By the end of 2029, families will be able to move into their new residences.The constructor is currently working on early planning to ensure that everything is prepared before construction begins.
