Windom Area Schools — Early Childhood Learning Center/Soaring Eagles
Daycare — 7 Hours/Day

Salary Range based on education, experience, and qualifications: $18.51-$22.31 per hour

— Job Requirements —

• Independently manage the Early Childhood Learning Center and Soaring Eagles Daycare kitchen.

• Coordinate and ensure the planning, preparation, and service of nutritious meals and snacks that meet federal and state nutrition guidelines.

• Provide oversight for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, including food safety, inventory management, ordering, record keeping, and sanitation.

• Demonstrate the leadership, organization, and communication skills necessary for the effective and efficient operation of the food service program at the site.

• Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
