SERVICE MANAGER

Lead the shop for a respected ag equipment dealership serving the Upper Midwest since 1932. Midway Farm Equipment is seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in agricultural, diesel or heavy equipment repair.

Responsibilities Include:
• Lead & support service technicians
• Oversee workflow, diagnostics & quality control
• Assist customers with technical support
• Train staff & promote efficiency
• Manage shop performance & service goals

Qualifications:
• 10+ years in ag, diesel or heavy equipment service
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics & powertrains
• Experience with AGCO, Gleaner, Massey Ferguson, Versatile or Cummins a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment
